The One Barcelona is by far one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at! Upon arrival I was greeted with warmth and kindness. My luggage was immediately taken to my room while I did the check in process. The staff at the check-in were extremely helpful and kind and went out of their way to make sure my room was going to be ready quickly as I arrived from an overnight flight. The Bellman ran down the street to get me a taxi. Which was very impressive. The rooftop restaurant/bar was gorgeous, and the food and drinks were amazing As a solo traveler, I felt completely safe in the area I was in the hotel was very secure, and the ambience was exquisite. My room was gorgeous and because of the slight delay, I was met in my room with a nice bottle of French champagne to enjoy on my balcony in the evening. I am planning on returning to Barcelona next year in 2024 and plan to stay at the One Barcelona hotel again! I couldn’t imagine staying anywhere else. I am very big on service and their service at this hotel is superb.

We were 5 guests (3 adults, 2 children) in 2 rooms. The positive - staff are professional and caring, location is great, pool/sauna very nice and our rooms (and especially bathrooms) are nice. The hotel tries to embody Spanish (and Catalan) culture throughout - for example the lobby artwork (Miro), breakfast (offering Jamon etc.) and the manner of the staff. This makes it special. I'll very likely stay here next time in Barcelona.
