Last minute 10 day holiday break with Jet2. Arrived and shown to a studio apartment. Very shabby chic with all necessary if your stay is self catering. We were fully inclusive so the kitchen although fully equipped wasn't used. There was no daily room service so bed making was your responsibility. The village was very remote with no access to a beach apart from a very dangerous long walk across sharp lava rock. A daily free bus service was available to take you to the nearest major town and beach 30 minutes away. We found the food was OK but was mostly only luke warm and very samey. No themed nights and limited choice. As we purposely choose this time of year, we thought there would be mostly adults, this was not the case. The place was inundated with children who were an issue at times. The evening entertainment was only for the children so we were back in our accommodation most evenings by 9.00. The staff were amiable and knew their jobs. The weather was hotter than we expected and with the adult pool we enjoyed our stay but probably wouldn't return. I would rate it 3 star and not the 4 quoted.

a very nice idea of a hotel which is a small estate of houses in a complete desert, some of them are private. This is where the advantages end. The facility is marked as 4-star, but for me 3 stars is too much. very neglected and littered area. children over 11 years old are charged as adults, but when it comes to the swimming pool this rule no longer applies and they are still children. Swimming pools with ice-cold water, but in the description they are heated. there is a chance of a view of the ocean from the window, but only if it is not obscured by the piles of volcanic soil dumped there without a thought. to the nearest beach about 15-20 minutes by car. without a car you have nothing to look for there. The prices in the shop and bar are very high. overall, a place in the middle of nowhere if that's what you're looking for, with poor service. Unfortunately, I do not recommend it
