Great location, very clean, very well equipped kitchen. There are restaurants on premises if you arrive late, and there is a market nearby. The concierge is easily accessible and quick to reply. We would definitely recommend this place. Our only disappointments are that they advertise/show picture of a spa with a beautiful view. However, the only spa we could find nearby was 250 euros for 2 hours. We found this deceitful. Pillows are hard on the neck and all very soft/flat.
The location was excellent - walkable distance from all the major spots in the city + loved the view of Upenski cathedral when we went out in the mornings to explore the city. The supermarket on the first floor was open till late, which made it really convenient when we needed late night snacks to grab on the way in :) The handwritten card and chocolate was a pleasant surprise when we arrived on the first day + received e-mails from the staff to check we were okay - everyone was so hospitable and considerate (we really appreciate it) The room itself was beautiful - spacious, well furnished and fully equipped (+ warm!) It was great to return to a snug and lovely room every night after touring the city :) Will definitely stay again when we visit Helsinki :)
