Whilst the rooms and location are good unfortunately it's let down by sub par customer service and general lack of common sense. To start with our reservation was incorrect. Despite having an email trail showing the booking for certain dates the hotel had us down for a different time period. Finally got to an. Upgraded room (thank you) at 4pm. We then had family wanting to drop by to wish us farewell and have a goodbye drink. They were denied entry and told they had to pay a day pass entry of $75 to come in. This is unbelievable and no common sense applied Saying something is policy without being able to explain why is just plain ludicrous. Ironically the same person that told me this is the same person who messed up the booking The training (or lack of) is abundantly clear and a sign that the management have taken their eye off the ball. We won't be back and we will certainly not recommend this place again. We've stayed here many times over the last two decades but never again. This last experience is one that could so easily have been avoided with common sense. The food is marginal at best and so over priced. $40 for a club sandwich at lunch seems excessive.

What an amazing place. I stayed here with my 2 kids under 5 and friends. I can not fault a single thing. We were welcomed so warmly which started the holiday off great. Firstly the staff were beyond fantastic. They were caring, happy and helpful. They helped with the kids and did their jobs perfectly. Labereto in the pool bar was an exceptional person. The rooms were very clean as were all the spaces I went to. Food was fantastic in all aspects. The themed buffet nights were the best and kids always found something to eat. The facilities and activities were good, we paddleboarded and snorkeled, played table tennis and air hockey. The pool was great and the beach very clean. All in all had the best time and highly recommend.
