Stephanie who worked the front desk was amazing! She gave great check in instructions because we arrived after 10pm. The room was big, spotless, plenty of hot water and water pressure, quality bedding and beach towels, coffee service in room, refrigerator and microwave in room. Housekeeping was amazing - perfect daily services. Pool was nice- but not heated, so cool in April. Only downside is that our room was next to the kitchen so we heard everyone at breakfast. The walls are a little thin, but everyone was mostly quiet and respectful of noise. Not a big deal to us because we had activities scheduled and we’re not sleeping in, but if you want to sleep in, you need a room away from breakfast area.

Great staff, good breakfasts. View from our room (room 5) was spectacular, as was the pool. We have given a 4 instead of a five because the balcony chairs were not very comfortable, and it was such a lovely place to sit. We would definitely go back.
