We have visited hotel in the past week and I would like to share our experience. The waiting staff at the hotel was absolutely exceptional. From the moment I arrived until the day of my departure, they were friendly, attentive, and consistently provided top-notch service. Their professionalism and willingness truly enhanced my stay and made me feel valued as a guest. The quality of the accommodation was also commendable. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and provided a comfortable environment to relax in after a long day. The only downside would be that if you are travelling as three people you get a pullout couch, which is extremely uncomfortable and the price was reduced only by 30€ for the whole stay. However, I must admit that my experience with the kitchen staff was somewhat disappointing. While there were a few exceptions who delivered exceptional service, the overall attitude and attentiveness of the kitchen staff left much to be desired. I encountered a sense of judgment and lack of attentiveness, when I mentioned my food allergies which affected my dining experience at times. As well as their lack of knowledge of allergies and labeling of allergies, due to multiple foods being labelled vegan but also labelled that it contains milk. I believe a consistent level of professionalism and attentiveness should be maintained throughout the entire kitchen team. Similarly, the bar staff on the beach seemed overwhelmed and disinterested in attending to guest requests. It often felt as though we were inconveniencing them with every single thing we asked for. The lack of enthusiasm and attentiveness from most of the bar staff was disappointing. In summary, while my experience had its highlights, such as the exceptional waiting staff and the quality of the accommodations, there were also some areas that fell short of expectations. The kitchen staff's lack of attentiveness and occasional judgment, along with the inattentive and overwhelmed bar staff, left room for improvement. I hope the hotel management takes these aspects into consideration and works towards ensuring a more consistent and outstanding experience for all guests in the future.
