This is far from a 5 Star hotel. 5 Star location, 2 Star hotel. Dated rooms that smell, glass tops not dusted in areas. Have stayed in better Ibis Budget hotels. Emailed hotel 3 times before arrival 2 adults,1 child. Arrive and told 1 double or 2 singles only, however they did change the room at no charge in the end. 0147 and cannot sleep, all i can hear in corridor is Chinese speakers who don’t care what time or how loud they speak. Better to sleep on a chair in the airport or don’t stop over at all, just continue flying. Never again will stay in this below standard hotel.

Quite old hotel building, fine bedroom but the bathroom door cannot be closed. Breakfast was okay with variety meals option, I love the noodle corner where you could have hot meal on winter time like this. The location is perfect in center of Causeway Bay
