The service was amazing! All the staff were so friendly and helpful all the time. Even remembered our room number every time we asked for something which to me showed the attention to detail. The room was also very clean and tidy. Plus the design of the place felt very classy and stylish. I don’t have anything bad to say about the place. Very happy with our stay.

From the minute we walked into the hotel everything was perfect. The reception area is lovely and so welcoming. Our room was amazing we had a top floor view of the Danube and the castle we really could fault anything in the room and the views were outstanding. The bed was really comfortable and was lovely sitting in the bath looking at the bridge and river. I would 100% recommend this hotel.
