Overrated 5 stars Hotel. The room walls in some places were cracked and dirty spots. Bed very confy and room has good sound proof. Many elevators and very nice waiter. We had to pay at arrival, very unusual especially for 5 stars Hotel. Breakfast and dinner was good, nothing extra or extremely tasty. But nothing extra for kids, yes you have many kinds of food, but not for kids. When my fish was raw and I send it back with the waiter, nobody come to apologise or send anything complimentary, you would expect that, at 5 stars Hotel. At the wellness, not for kids. You can slip very easy as there is nothing to prevent that except the stairs. Our 4 years boy, fell down in front of the reception after dinner and had a serious injury to his left eye. NOBODY DID ANYTHING, no first aid, no help. They were sitting behind the desk and looking. Didn't even want to call the ambulance, I had to tell them meanwhile I was cleaning my kid blood. Not that evening not the second day, nobody asked us anything, if our boy is good or anything at all. They didn't even offer to help us with a taxi back from the hospital. A BIG NOTHING HELP OR INTEREST FROM THEM. Will never go back, we had a bad experience but except that, I strongly think that this hotel is overrated. If you want to go with kids under 10 years old, do not recommend it, as even the play room is like all together 20m2, nothing else. Go as a couple, totally other thing.
