We had two interconnecting suites and one junior suite to fit our family of 6 requirements. The reservation was very uncomplicated with spa appointments and amendments made very efficiently and effectively. The highlights of the hotel go to the wonderful hospitable staff; from the front of house to the cleaning staff. The hotel felt away from 5 stars with weak breakfast offerings, bathroom toiletries, and the poor selection of antipasti buffet (especially at lunch). Lunch and dinner food offerings were wholesome and tasty highlighted by professional and attentive waiting staff. Our suites and rooms were well maintained however Wi-Fi was poor to non-functional. The outdoor wellness area was well maintained with the pool attendant actively around. The 139-bedroom thermal hotel is well located and we enjoyed the electric car charging station. The massage treatment carried out by Sandra was phenomenal; one of the best massages I have ever had. Recommended if you are a first timer of a 5-star hotel in Abano.
