An absolute incredible place to stay! Service was amazing (special salute to Alessandro and Manuela, our favorite servers!) and Luca and Mirko working the daytime front desk who always lent an ear to hear of our days adventures! The hotel itself was so interesting as it dates back to, I believe , the 1600’s….restored of course to bring us the modern amenities we are all accustomed to! The grounds are full of interesting paths and sections! Food was exquisite! The dinners were prepared with great care. Presentation was amazing and the taste…..OMG! Breakfasts offered were buffet style…lots to choose from. Need to repeat about the service. The staff were always going out of their way to accommodate us in any way they could. Phenomenal place and will for sure be back again!!!
Went there for a wedding and I have to say location is amazing and well kept. However the organisation was super slacky and the lady that wants to be called wedding planner Emanuela is very rude to many many guests because of her own disorganisation. She definitely weighted down our experience and will think twice before recommending the venue now. The rest was amazing. All reception staff was really heplfull and nice.
