I honestly wouldn't recommend this place. The location is close to the station but that's the only good thing about the place. When we arrived we were a bit thrown off that it was right next to the one and only adult theatre in Rome (which makes the area feel a bit sketchy). In the description of the room it said there is a pool and access to a kitchen on the ground floor. We never were able to find the kitchen as the only door on the ground floor was locked and our keys didn't work for it. There is no pool. The only reason I can think that it's mentioned is because if you pay an additional fee you can use the spa across the street. Room cleaning is an extra fee and you do not get replacement towels or anything without paying additional as well. It seems very fee based and every little thing is an extra charge. In the description it said it would feel like staying at a 5 star resort. One of the lamps in our room was broken. When we asked to have it fixed we were told it would be done the next day. When we came back the next day it still was not fixed and there had not been any communication from the host about it. I reached out again about it and they said they'd fix it the next day (by which time we wouldn't be there anymore anyways). So we ended up just using the bathroom light to have small lighting in the room instead of the ceiling light. The TV is incredibly small so if you wear glasses you will need to sit at the edge of the bed to watch it. Also, our bed frame was duct taped together. We found this out when my husband sat on the bed and it collapsed on him. We lifted the mattress and saw all the duct tape. The shower head was loose and almost fell on our head. We ended up just tightening it ourselves as the last maintenence request hadn't been completed we didn't see the point in reaching out again. Also the bathroom is incredibly small and the door swings inward instead of outward so you have to practically step into the shower to close the door in order to get to the toilet. The blanket is paper thin and they do not have any heavier blankets to provide and the bed is rock hard. However. The pillows were nice. Overall, the place looks nice from the pictures but it absolutely is not. It is definitely not worth the price as I've stayed at way nicer hotels for half the price. I think the price reflects the proximity to Rome and that's it.

We had a really pleasant stay, in a triple room with a suprinsingly comfortable extra bed. The neighbourhood is very safe, surrounded by major buildings and restaurants. The check-in was very straight forward and the room very clean.
