Clean, beautiful and secure. The front of the hotel was adequately large even when you came there with a larger van. It was a last minute choice to stay in Marijampole, and slightly pricey compared to alternative hotels but the free parking and breakfast were a bonus that many other hotels nearby didn't have. The location of the hotel was great, a Lidl was nearby for grocery shopping as well as pizza places and a Hesburger just a small walk away. The kitchen/restaurant was already closed by the time we came, but the bar was open. The server at the bar was very polite and talkative, spent an hour or so discussing the history of Marijampole and other topics which was very nice, and pretty much made our night! Huge thank you to him for the wonderful customer service. We also accidentally left one of our cards in our second hotel room, but the lady at the reception was helpful and gave us a new card for the night without any troubles. Overall, helpful and great customer service at Mercure! The hotel rooms were especially nice and warm too. Spacious, clean and quiet even if there were large roads right next to the hotel. The larger roads made it very easy to leave right away towards Poland the next day however, without having to navigate too much through the city. The bathrooms were clean, came with large shampoos as well and multiple towels. Overall a very nice stay for a night! Thank you.
