I would like to thanks a lot for full team i meet there, and thanks for great services and the good time we had in hotel, especial thanks to reception team Ahmed Elsaka, Sabreen and Latifa, Ahmed was the most one helped us to have good experience in the hotel and always there when ever we ask for something, Sabreen and Latifa the best team to see when you enter the hotel and always smiling which make you happy once you enter the hotel, Latifa gave us overview for all facilities in the hotel and guided us to our room, Sabreen is an example of how the team member make the guest happy and help to make everything easy to us and listen for any comments and solve it in same moment, Baba Elkasr open buffet team, i would like to thanks waiter Fahd for his great efforts, he always ready to bring our needs and gave us the best services, chief Yousef he was one of chiefs in this night he is too kind and helping us whenever we need and guided us for the food varies and dishes contains, i will not forget the team which make our stay easy and quite, as they took care about my daughters the kids area team, and sorry i didn't remember their names but were two girls on duty and thanks for them to make my daughters happy and spending good time, thanks a lot for all Kempinski team, as they are the best team for me in all hotels in Egypt. i was sad yesterday as i tried to book a night but the hotel was fully booked, i went to another hotel but really nothing i can compare with Kempinski which is my lovely hotel, good luck team and all the best, see you soon.

Very old school fancy. The spa is pretty awesome with multiple saunas, a steam room, cold plunge, spa shower and indoor pool. The relaxation room was wonderful as well. As I said it’s old school fancy, not really our style, but the service was top notch (we loved the welcome glass of Prosecco) and the beds were incredibly comfortable and clean! We didn’t eat at the hotel, as there were many restaurants close by. The hotel was close to everything and we walked everywhere, there’s a grocery store & pharmacy in the mall about a one minute walk away for any everyday things you may need. Would 10/10 recommend
