It would help a lot to have a closer look to some of the equipment in rooms, like shower heads, TV... Otherwise the place has amazing location and very helpful staff at the reception. Breakfast is a bit above average, Definitely worth going. View from the top is absolutely amazing. Shame there is no swimming pool as shown on the pictures on Google however it is probably just mistake. Cleanliness on good level, noice from the corridor quite loud. Coffee below European average. Would I stay here again? Most probably yes.

The rooms were very comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was exceptionally good! The proximity to the parliament square and downtown is very nice. The only downside of this hotel is the elevators. There don't seem to be enough, nor are they very swift.
