Best hotel I've stayed in so far, out of every country I've been to. The only thing that bothered me slightly was the bathroom door. There was no lock for it but it's probably for safety reasons. It's a rather small thing that shouldn't deter you from booking this hotel. They provide free snacks and drinks (maybe around 6? cans), even Shin Instant Ramen. I regret staying here for only a night as I couldn't finish them all lol. There were also free pears. The breakfast was wonderful, and just enough to fill you (highly recommend the omelet and bacon). There are lots of staff standing around to inform you of various needs like taxis, rooms and restaurants. Dustbins everywhere too, no need to hold onto trash. The room's air conditioning worked well, and really quickly changed temperatures. The went the extra mile and provided 3 pillows each in increasing sizes. You could even choose different types of pillows from a list provided. The room even had space for luggages without blocking the way. The TV was huge. Overall, my stay was very comfortable and I felt very welcomed. If I ever visit Macau again, I would definitely choose to stay here again.

Brought our parents there for 1 night stay only and immediately regretted not staying more!!! We were pampered by their great hospitality and fantastic room. They even had a pillow menu to suit all kinds of sleepers, talking about going extra mile! Special shout out to fellow Singaporean Jasper from the training department, he gave some fantastic food suggestion and easy get around Galaxy hotel. Thanks to him, we had a great first meal at Tam Chai Yu Chun. Already hoping to visit again!!!
