Friendly staff but a lot of small pieces that you would expect to have in a 5* hotel are missing like hand soup. Water exit in the shower and the door lock did not work well but were not fixed during my stay. Prices for supplementary services are very high: €35 per night for parking when you can stay for €10-15 just on the street next to the hotel, baby cot costs €30 when in other hotels it is free of charge, breakfast with very standard food €35 and so on. I have stayed there for 2 weeks and assess the price/quality ratio as pretty low. From positive side - the staff is pretty friendly.

We stayed here on a special package for an André Rieu concert. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Changed our room to a ground floor room with no problem as I'd hurt my leg and stairs were a problem. A lovely room , the beds were amazing. For a ground floor room there was a wonderful looking shower over the bath. However the bath was along behind a wall, very high, no rails and absolutely no chance of either my husband or I being able to access either the bath itself or the shower. Lovely toiletries. The lunch for the group was good and plentiful, but not well organised in that there were not enough tables. It was difficult for a number of people who only had a chair to hold a plate/ glass or cup and saucer. Likewise the dinner for the group. The food and wine was very nice, although one person who was 'dairy free was not well catered for. Too many people were on each table. It was very cramped, difficult to access some seats and not easy to eat when you were 'squashed in'. Overall though I would highly recommend the whole package and experience
