First of all this hotel is huge it connects to a casino and the Aloft. It could use a little upgrading in the rooms themselves. I don’t like the fact that there wasn’t any microwaves in the hotel to warm food late night. The have daily happy hour drink special Margaritas were the best. Ney at the front desk was awesome!!!! Way to go for your great customer service. It was a couple other front desk agents can’t remember there names wasn’t too friendly until they saw my Titanium Elite status then they became extra nice which I didn’t like all guest should be treated the same! The whole 4/5 days I was there Ney greeted me and my friend by name which was a wonderful touch! The Executive Lounge food was horrible!! The food was old and hard needed to be thrown away not served to guest. But overall I would return because of its location, happy hour drinks at the Aloft and Ney at the front desk. See you guys in Feb!
The pool was nice. The service is food VERY slow, but the people are nice.
