This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The staff couldn’t do enough for you and made you feel truly welcomed. Special mention for the breakfast which had both great service and fantastic food. Little touches like free bike hire or small gifts when leaving made you feel like they had really put the effort in to make your stay as nice as possible. This hotel has restored my faith in 5 star hotels.

Outstanding! Exceptional service in a luxurious setting, loved the stay here. Me and my wife stayed for our anniversary for a couple of nights and were amazed by the dedicated staff who made our stay so very special and unforgettable. The service was amazing! From the check in to check out they treated us like royalty and made our stay so special with various personalized treats and acknowledgements. Special thanks for Pavel who assisted us with photos etc. The location is excellent - right on the coast with breathtaking views of the ocean. We had a suite that overlooked the coast, but please note most suites do not have a balcony. The room was spacious, well appointed and very clean. We had a built in sauna, which was very nice and we enjoyed using it a couple of times. The breakfast is served on the top floor, which offers amazing views of the coast and the city. The buffet choices were plentiful and visually very appealing, there was also a menu for chef prepared items to choose from (loved the French toast! Scrambled eggs were sub-par). One of our favorite amenities was the rooftop pool. We lounged and swam there both days as it offered incredible views of the ocean and the city. The poolside service was excellent and we enjoyed many pisco sours and delicious snacks while enjoying the sun. Please note, the pool is very deep - even the shallow end is over 5' deep, other than than that it's an absolute must visit. If you stay here please dine at the attached Tragaluz restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious and service top notch. The in-house bar was also very good, excellent cocktails. We stayed using the AMEX FHR benefits and this hotel should be an example of how guests should be treated when using this program. Absolutely top notch! I also recommend using the private car service from the hotel. We arranged airport transfers and other drives in advance and it was a seamless experience with an all late-model Mercedes fleet. The hotel is very responsive via email to arrange anything one needs during the stay in Lima. Overall, highly recommend to stay here and I look forward to returning or staying at another Belmond property soon.
