The front desk staff was amazing and friendly. Unfortunately, my ability to speak Spanish is limited. The front desk staff did speak English with me and were extremely friendly. They took care of myself and the person I traveled with, and answered all of our many questions. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. I spoke with the Operations Manager and he will assist Crowne Plaza to achieve even more greatness. I feel your company with do great things. I hope to be back. Thank you all for the pleasant stay!

Staff is very nice, unfortunately, the rooms are in need of updating. The bedding is old style, with no duvets and featherbeds, like most hotel chains. The simple light cotton blanket was not enough to keep me warm and there was no extra blanket anywhere in the room. The blinds don't fit the window and I had to struggle to keep the sunshine out from all the corners during daylight hours. The shower would run from Hot to Cold to Hot again and couldn't adjust itand the water pressure was quite low. As an international hotel, regarding the TV, I would expect one news channel, CNN or BBC to be in english as well as a few other channels. There are no dedicated English Channels at all. The hotel really should be a Holiday Inn and not a Crowne Plaza, or at least it needs to scale up and be on the same level as other crowne plazas and update it's rooms, mattresses, beddings, curtains, etc. Be vigilant of the area at night and weekends as there is no one around to make you feel safe and secure. I hope they invest money into this property.
