If you want a personal experience coupled with a Swedish love of life stay at this Hotel. The Manager, Jessica as well as her staff Maria, Tina and others were so helpful from making reservations for us, getting the best taxi to the airport and more. Merlinda and Jenna were the best at the Reservation desk and always had a smile and "Can we help you with anything?" The Gift Shop manager is Alberta and has always helped with the perfect gift for my friends and family. Visit the gift shop and get the most reasonable and unique gift for your family and friends from Sweden and Gothenburg. Bruno is the most loving and professional manager of the Atrium Restaurant and is always ready to help with the beautiful Breakfast with hundreds of dishes you could ever want. Make sure you make a waffle, or have the Salmon and especially an Omelett at the Breakfast Bar. I have never seen so many dishes to choose from than Bruno's Breakfast Buffet at this Radisson Hotel. The rooms are always clean and the staff is always willing to help you find directions or even go to the store to get me a bouquet of flowers for my family during my stay at their hotel. We have stayed at this hotel for more than 12 years and most of the staff have been at this hotel throughout our visits even through the Pandemic. They even worked hard to stay open during this hard time when other Hotels closed and went out of business. This hotel under the supervision and management of Jessica worked to stay open for her staff and guests during this most trying times. I cannot say enough about this Hotel and would not stay anywhere else in Gothenburg Sweden. I even booked The Radisson Hotel in Stockholm when we visited last Christmas. Take my advise and stay at the Radisson Blu City Center Scandinavia on the Gothenburg City Square just a stones throw from the Central Station of Gothenburg, Sweden .The hotel is close to the trains, a large shopping mall, several Couture shopping and businesses and all the Trams/Buses you need in order to get to any part of Gothenburg. The front desk will always help you with a taxi to get you to the airport (even if it is at 4:30am)!!! A perfect place to stay, a perfectly located hotel to stay and a family to be there just for YOU!
