The hotel is well designed with good sized rooms, good water pressure, ample power sockets and a good work desk. The two pools are a good size and not frigid but the roof top pool with the great view only opens at noon. Drinks at the rooftop bar/restaurant are good, breakfast at the ground floor restaurant was also good. Menus of both has limited choices but I was told they are working on it. Had an issue during my stay and it was resolved quickly with a clear explanation given. Staff are very friendly and attentive. The mature gentleman in the lounge gave me advice on the selection of teas which he had tried and his recommendations were spot on. Will come back again. Thanks for a good stay.

We had the pleasure of dining at Mago the new Japanese restaurant at the Pullman Hotel. The food was amazing and our server was so polite and friendly!|Thank you for a lovely evening!||Our stay at the Pullman hotel has been amazing so far, what a beautiful and lovely Hotel.
