We stayed at Bell Vista 105 from Nov. 16-23 and had an absolutely phenomenal week. Pam greeted us when we arrived and was extremely welcoming and made us feel at home. Kathy and Greg who own the unit, a one bedroom, ground floor unit on the outside edge of the building facing the ocean, went way above normal host expectations and made us feel totally welcome. The unit was super clean, the kitchen was extremely well stocked with all the utensils, pots/pans, microwave, Nespresso etc etc that you would ever need. The bathroom, bed, big screen tv, outside deck, Tommy Bahama beach chairs, ac, washer/dryer, living room furniture all added to the modern theme and feel of this unit. The pool and hot tub were great as we were in them every day! The secluded beach is nice and wide with beautiful sand and is groomed every morning by a tractor. This property is literally at the very northwest edge of Providenciales, which is extremely quiet and remote with no other resorts or anything other than the beautiful beach. The last 3-4 km of road is a dirt road but it is very wide and groomed/flattened regularly. If you want a nice, serene, safe, quiet place to stay, then this is your place! We rented a car for the week and it was a great decision as we visited and explored all corners of this beautiful island. It took about 25 minutes to drive across the island. Absolute must-see sights include Taylor Bay Beach, Sapodilla Bay Beach, Pirates Cove (jump off the cliff at the end of the rocky trail if you’re brave enough, I did and it wasn’t bad at all!), Iguana Island, Noah’s Ark, Cocovan Restaurant, Shark Bite Restaurant, Long Beach, Grace Bay, Omar’s, da Conch Shack and Rum Bar. We did a private sea do tour and a catamaran and snorkelling experience (the reef is very nice and more vibrant and colourful than I was expecting) with a nice visit on Iguana Island. We also took the ferry over (no cars) to Middle and North Caicos Islands and rented a Honda CRV for the day. We took the 7:30 am ferry over and took the 3:30 pm ferry back. This was enough time for us to drive to beautiful Bamburra Beach and Mudjin Beach (a really cool, cute restaurant, Mudjin Bar and Grill was delicious for lunch, over looking this beautiful beach). This was a really fun day but you will not see many people as it is very sparsely populated but very pretty. We were glad we rented a SUV as some of the side roads were fairly bumpy. I believe the vehicle rental was approximately $90 US and this day was worth it. We can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay at Northwest Point Resort Bella Vista 105 with the perfect balance of peace and quiet, beautiful, natural scenery and all the tourist options/adventures just a short drive away! You need to see this place!

Two bedroom beachfront condo. Stayed at Vista Del Mar for my Easter break. Felt like I was at a five star resort on the beach with a beautiful pool and jacuzzi. The actual condo I stayed at was something out of a magazine and soooo comfortable. Communing with nature, removing myself from the hustle bustle of every day life and immersing myself in paradise was so healing and rejuvenating. I’ll be back to this hidden gem with family and friends over and over. Whether a bbq dinner made poolside or venturing out to the many delicious restaurants … it is always a welcomed way to end your day at the beach. The turquoise waters and white sands just keep whirling in your mind as you nestle into your king size bed and either watch TV or read your book. This condo has it all ! Great vibe ! And …. The snorkeling is amazing. Also the paddle boarding and kayaking is readily available. Enjoy 🏝
