We had the most uncomfortable experience in Utopia residence. I am not sure why it’s rated 5 star because even 3 star has better service and food than this hotel. When we arrived at 2.30 in the morning, we were very badly and in unfriendly manner treated by the receptionist, we are five persons and we were given a dirty room for four, when we told them about this, very casually they told us that they will bring us a bed and they brought us a broken bed which took them one hour, then it took them 30 minutes to bring a sheet and asked to use the pillow from other beds. In the morning I approached the manager (Mila) the only person I found friendly and supportive in this resort, it took her a full day to transfer us (because the receptionist was not listening to her) but despite her request to transfer to a better and quieter room the receptionist placed us in yet another another uncomfortable room, where we couldn’t sleep because of noise as the motorway was right next to us. In this room the flash of the toilet was broken, the shower was broken too. They do nit clean the floors, again I had to request three times to clean the floor which they did once and not everyday. We were given four towels, I asked for extra towels throughout our stay but nothing happened. I have been to many holidays in turkey and this was the only resort which had the most unfriendly, impolite reception staff (they are not trained how to speak and behave with customers). The food was not satisfactory, they would warm up the left overs and serve it for lunch. The bread for breakfast was leftover and if you arrive sat 9 and after there were no croissants and many of the food was finished. Every night the had turkey (I guess the most affordable meat, no lam or chicken). What I wrote here were just some of the examples how horrible this place is. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.
