We had a very pleasant stay here at this resort. It’s very simple though I’d give it four stars not 5 stars hotel. Because its level isn’t like the 5 stars hotels, however, their service is amazing. Their food is so tasty and it’s an all inclusive resort, for the value of money you pay it’s fair enough. The place is really calm, and the beach is clean.

The facilities and location are perfect. Other than that is very poor. the staff in the reception is not friendly at all, they refused to change my room while the hotel was empty. One day I called the cleaning staff they come after 2 hours after calling them three times and the cleaning was so bad. the restuarant not clean and deliver the food remaining from the previous day. In general I feel the staff is not satisfied with their situation so it is reflected to the customers.
