They are definitely not a 5 star hotel. 3 stars at best. The rooms are very outdated, with 1970s decor and hardly any modern conveniences. This hotel is used by doctors for the patients that are traveling for some cosmetic procedures. Not meant for families. Not much to do around the property. The elevators are very small and there's only two of them serving the entire hotel. The breakfast however is very good. The staff are very helpful as well.

Positive: Very friendly and efficient service. Great breakfast spread.every need and want attended 24/7. Very clean spaces and great location. Negative: The room is on the small side, very old European so not a deal breaker. Shower/bathtub is very difficult to get in. One has to climb into the tub and when wet, this is dangerous.
