My first experience at your hotel was disappointing due to the lack of service and dirtiness. Instead of comfort and hospitality, I was faced with a low level of service and rudeness. I hoped for the best, but was disappointed.||I decided to spend a week's vacation at your hotel based on Hilton's reputation for comfort and quality. As a Diamond member, I expected a European level of service and a comfortable stay. However, my experience was far from my expectations and this made me very sad.||From the very moment I arrived, I encountered rudeness and rudeness from the hotel administrators. None of the staff greeted me and their facial expressions seemed like they didn't want to be there. This created a bad experience and I expected better from the Hilton staff.||As for the condition of the room, I was amazed at how dirty it was. Dirt met me everywhere - in the room, in the bathroom, in the toilets, on the terrace and in the hall. This was simply unacceptable. I understand that the hotel is old, but this does not justify the lack of cleaning and maintenance.||The service left much to be desired. My requests were ignored and instead of being welcomed, I felt uncomfortable. Hilton Istanbul Kozyatağı does not meet the standards of 5 star service and it was a complete disappointment.||I hope your managers and supervisors will take notice of these issues and take steps to improve the service and cleanliness of the hotel. I believe in the potential of your Hilton hotel chain and hope that my stays will be more enjoyable in the future.
