For Kaan Sevsay and team, I wanted to write to thank you one more time for our incredible stay at MO Istanbul last week. As you know from our breakfast and site inspection, we really loved the property and especially the level of detail that can be felt everywhere – not only in the design but also in the level of service and care from all of the team members we dealt with. As we discussed over breakfast, it’s really evident that you have a very special property here, but also being part of a boutique brand that really makes sure that all it’s properties are given the high level of attention they deserve for an incredible guest experience, no matter where that is, really is priceless. I was a fan before, and I am even more so now!

We had an excellent night at the Mandarin Oriental Bosphorus. We came for the Gipsy Kings evening with dinner and the Gipsy Kings show. Everything was perfect. We had a perfect room, thanks to the Fans of MO upgrade. It was beautiful and we only wished we could have stayed longer. Every staff person was extremely attentive and our every desire was met. The cocktails before the show were perfect, as was the dinner. We wished we had more room in our tummies to eat all the great food! And the Gipsy Kings were a fantastic show! We loved every minute of our stay! We will be back. (Especially since we purchased a spa package! We already returned once so far!)
