I need more stars to describe this hotel and the experience of staying there! My husband and I spent a week at the Peninsula Istanbul between Christmas and NYE 2024. The understated elegance and sophistication of the decor is expected at The Peninsula but this incredible location goes so far beyond… Telescope in our room overlooking the Bosphorus with balcony, comfortable bath tub, heated floor in the WC—our suite was perfect! ||The service in this hotel is friendly, personalized and very professional. We felt like VIPs from every greeting to all the small services rendered. ||AND THEN THE NEW YEARS EVE PARTY IN THE MASSIVE THREE STORY LOBBY! Live band from London, full dance floor from ages 3-80, confetti, balloons, fire dancers and more… the seven course meal was PERFECTION!

A perfect team. Especially and name by name Mr Kemal, Mr Ercan and Ms Deniz are perfect. Whenever we come to this hotel everything is perfect. Mr Kemal is very kind very friendly and very experienced. Even today we preferred to have our dinner at THE LOBBY RESTAURANT THE PENINSULA HOTEL thanks to this perfect level of hospitality and kindness
