So before I start I want to clarify that we would go again as was great value for money, any constructive comments are as much for the Hotel as for other reading the review.||To save you reading, this is a what I would call a very good 3* hotel, not 5* hotel and experience, so once you understand that and it is reflected in the price then I'd recommend it.||The biggest disjoint I see (which is common in a lot of businesses) is the management do not seem to try to get a view of the customer experience and hence a lot of aspects are missed.||1: Hotel is very big and clean, but it is dated, that can't be hidden so for me it has a good 4* feel, not a 5* as some of the communal areas are not 5* standard in terms of style/quality.||2: Service and Staff, most are very nice and happy to help and do not make you feel put out which is great, and they really do make the whole hotel somewhere we would go back too. For us the staff and a few other factors will make us give Pine Bay another shot.||3: Food, this really is 3*, some of the buffets can be good, but for example breakfast is till 11am, but we went in several times at 10:30 to be told that they had removed the cold drinks (orange juice/ water) and the only things out were Tea or 5 hour old coffee.|We also went to the Italian a la carte restaurant (€20 per person inc kids) and all I received is possibly the worst pizza ever, it was a kids sized pizza that was obviously reheated and then pepperoni added after cooking, - was shocking for the cost, again possibly a management issue. We ended up going into Kusadasi then after for evening meals.|The issue that other mentioned re the Wasps/bees is real, not sure why the food isnt covered?? (Managment issue?) - photo attached.|||4: Facilities, the hotel has lots of great facilities but again with a few sharp edges. The outside pools are beautiful but absolutely freezing, the coldest pools I think I've ever been in, our kids love pools but wouldn't get in due to the cold. The water park is a great addition but joints on the slides are so rough its painfull to use (again a management issue not checking these things). There are lots of other extras such as waffles and baked potato kisosks, which we were told would be open, but were closed due to end of season, would have been nice to be informed of this before we got there. I'd guess the place is great during high season as has lots of bars and snack/restaurants. ||5: Entertainment, this is great, I've read a few reviews saying it isn't good, but I would disagree and the entertainment staff (like other staff) are great and make the whole experience much better.. Big Kudos to them.||6: Beach, this is a lovely private beach and no issues here, the sea was actually warmer than the pools.||7: Drinks - it's unltra-full-inclusive, but be warned they use the cheapest gins, vodkas, whiskey etc and you can taste it, also I had a shot a couple of times of gin and it tasted diluted. Branded drinks ar more expensive and roughly same as home prices. So I usualy like cocktails but needed to switch to beer due to the quality, but the beer was great!! Again a management issue!!!||So overall, some sharp edges. don't expect it to be a 5* experience, but if the price is good and your OK with a solid 3* hotel and food with 4-5* staff then its good and we'll go again.

Beste mensen, Wij hebben verbleven in een clubhouse met onze gezin. Graag zou ik als eerst willen beginnen met hoe oud en vies deze kamers waren. We schrokken ons rot. Erg jammer anders waren we zeker weer terug gekomen. Wij komen hier niet meer terug… Het is onze geld niet waard geweest.
