Had the pleasure of attending a wedding here this past weekend and was impressed by the level of professionalism and service by the entire hotel staff here. The food & drink was incredible. In particular, I wanted to personally thank and recognize Gloria, who went out of her way to help me when I had a minor foot emergency: she helped find me a first aid kit, a pair of cloth slippers to wear, and checked in to make sure that I was still doing well later on in the evening. She also took the time to compliment the bride directly, which was very kind and thoughtful of her. I hope that hotel management will join me in showing their appreciation for her kindness, generosity, & excellent service! Thank you again, Gloria!!

Special shout out to Andy. She bought us our dinners when we ordered room service. She's an absolute rock star! Our food was delivered on a large metal hot box. Imagine a little metal oven or large microwave. It was huge and she lugged it upstairs. Every time she showed up with food she was super friendly and helpful. She even gave us winery tips and suggestions. They are lucky to have her working there and we are lucky we got to meet her. She was, by a large margin, the highlight of our trip. You don't often come across people like that anymore. To shine that bright at a place like the Four Seasons, you have to be someone very special.
