This resort is amazing, worth it! The staff, facility, food; couldn't be better. The location is perfect, beach front and the entire resort is clean. If you like hotels on the beach this place is perfect, good for kids too. And if you like to surf or hit the beach it can't be beat

Wife and I stayed over the Mother's day weekend, which happened to also be our 10th wedding anniversary. We thought the location was gorgeous, had superb valet staff and service, friendly housekeeping staff. The place was well maintained, clean and modern. Breakfast was high quality and plentiful. Not quite ultra luxury, but still had enough premium feel that we really enjoyed our stay. The only thing that I was sort of unhappy was the front desk staff. When we checked in, she was almost emotionless, no smile, not really welcoming at all.. She spoke fast and didn't seem all that enthusiastic to give a brief guide on the hotel amenities. She wasn't particularly rude or anything but projected a hint of arrogance that people can potentially take the wrong way. Left me wondering if things would have been different if I pulled in a Lamborghini. I thought I was being overly sensitive but my inlaws who arrived and checked in about an hour after us mentioned the exact same thing about the front desk lady. It's just not a good look. I'd advise hotel to step up their front desk customer service skill a bit.
