We evacuated from hurricane Ian last Monday from the West coast with our elderly, large dog to the hotel for the week. The hotel allowed us to bring her under the circumstances and we were so grateful. Everyone went out of their way to be helpful and provide the best service. The hotel appears to have hurricane windows that make you feel safe and help with any noise issues. We couldn't leave the room much but it was so comfortable and had such a great balcony, I didn't mind at all. Room service and housekeeping always checked on us and made our stay great. My husband used the gym and was very happy with it. Being able to stream our apps to the tv was very helpful as we really couldn't leave with the dog. I hope to return under better circumstances to enjoy all the amenities, pool and great location.

New Four Seasons Hotel showcasing all that is best in the FS World. Firstly all the Hotel staff are amazingly helpful, and nothing is too much trouble. Delightful interaction at all times with the Concierge & Valet, Reception, Pool and the Evelyn Restaurant Staff. Their hospitality cannot be faulted and all employees are a great credit to the Hotel Manager Mazen and his Team. Rooms are fabulous, brand new and great Beds and Bathrooms. Housekeeping service also very quick and spot on. Pool area is a great space to relax, Gym is really well equipped and the Spa is professional and enjoyable. This Hotel exceeds 5 Star. I am sometimes considered a difficult customer but can find no fault and I thoroughly recommend a stay here: You will not be disappointed.
