Great location right in the middle of all the action. Rooms are big and beds are comfortable. The property is well kept and there is lots to do inside the casino. The pools are beautiful and not as crazy as other pools in Vegas. This trip was in the winter time so we did not go to the pools because they are closed for the season. We wanted to try the buffet but the buffet was fully booked every single night we were there. We loved the area with all the high end stores and restaurants. I would definitely go back to Ceasars. Check in was a bit of a hassle because the system for self check in was down but the people at the front desk made up for it because they where super gracious.

The promise (and reservation for): a three bed suite for three adults on a work trip. The expectation: a silly furnished suite to accommodate attendees staying at a conference's partner hotel. The reality: two beds, limited internet access for only two devices, no coffee maker, no kettle, no slippers, no robes, no bottled water. When asked about how to rectify this, we were met with incredibly inhospitable, apathetic and disgruntled staff both in person and over the phone. The level of guest service is absolutely disgraceful given the cost. The resort fee is extortion especially given that we had to go out our first night to buy our own supplies including kettle and mugs. How embarrassing for a hotel to have your guests do this at their own expense. Do not stay here unless you're here to gamble -- there are much nicer hotels nearby for cheaper with far more more amenities and friendlier staff.
