My family of four, stayed at the Ghirardelli while vacationing in San Francisco. During the Christmas Holidays. It was such a beautiful place to be, not only during the holidays, but anytime during the year. In addition to the large living area and high ceiling, I enjoyed amazing bay views from our 2/2.5 apartment. Additionally, the staff at the Gheradelli were extremely helpful and welcoming. I was impressed that every time I entered the lobby, the staff greeted me enthusiastically by my last name. I honestly hated leaving this establishment and look forward to returning every year.

My car was damaged during valet parking, in spite of evident proofs management refused this fact. Though the place and hotel is great , and we stayed there many times before, I don’t trust it any longer. I couldn’t imagine that personnel at such hotel might treat clients so poorly.
