I made a spa appointment for my birthday and I was honestly very disappointed with my Hydra Facial. I did not receive any manual extractions or a facial massage. The food was not good either, I ordered the veggie burger and it tasted like they microwaved it. The staff was great and friendly but was disappointed on the service and spa amenities for the amount I paid. I will not be going back there.

It's my second time here, and it's much worse now, room cleanliness, quality of food, service, arrogant management, no need to come here again. STAY AWAY!!!!! Spiders in my room, construction, old dirty walls, overpriced rooms with scary obstructed views. I’m here at the resort now and it’s one of the worst room experiences I’ve ever had!! The room that I booked was supposed to be a double with a nice nature view, and It has a huge obstruction and burned trees around.
