We are currently at our hotel and very disappointed as we never experienced this before especially at a Hilton Hotel. We have 4 nights here and since we arrived 2 days ago housekeeping has not visited our room. We have 2 days worth of towels in our bathroom, first night I had to go downstairs to get towels and tonight I went downstairs and was told that someone will be sent up. Each time we went to our room it was late at night and the first thing we want to do is take showers and no towels. The bin in the bathroom has to be cleaned out. Don’t need the bed sheets to be changed every night but our bed was not made. The only positive side of this that there are a lot of shops within walking distance other than that, we wouldn’t recommend this place. And, their continental breakfast is a 10.00 charge for items not on the Buffett, Buffett items are 16.00. I miss the days when breakfast was free. Such a disappointment.
