Clean 1 bedroom accommodation, nice balcony side view of the ocean, full kitchen, very comfortable king bed. All staff at the front desk and throughout the facility were friendly and helpful when needed. Great pool! We love the place and come back almost yearly.

Sharing my over all experience from staying here with my boyfriend and our kids. We wanted to take our kids somewhere fun, to do something different this Thanksgiving. They’ve had a rough, hard year with some personal family issues going on. My boyfriend and I searched through different apps, websites etc and narrowed down our choice of where to stay, to this facility. Mainly because it had an indoor pool and hot tub. That was DIRECTLY in the building, that looked clean and nice. We checked in on Wednesday the 22nd which took awhile because parking was crazy, there was no clear direction or instruction. We checked in and waited awhile for the elevator as one was broken. We did enjoy the Aqua 21 pool and hot tub that night. Thanksgiving day we weren’t able to enjoy the facilities due to us having plans for the holiday. We were due to check out Saturday morning. So we wanted to spend most of Friday enjoying the hot tub and pool. We did go to the pool at the Ocean Beach Club this evening since it was bigger (thinking we could enjoy both this and the Aqua 21) once getting into the pool at the Ocean Beach Club it was cold, not enjoyable and uncomfortable. So we hurried back over to Aqua 21. Our kids along with several others children were in the pool this night, they were behaving, not splashing, jumping or being loud. About 30 mins into us enjoying the hot tub/pool, the security guard came and told us that we had to leave due to the kids and them requiring the age of 21+ to enjoy this pool/hot tub. Our kids cried, they were upset and so were we. When we looked on all the apps, websites etc to book, NONE of them, even the official website states that the hotel pool that is inside the actual physical property wasn’t a family friendly pool, or we wouldn’t of stayed here. It’s extremely misleading, our time there was ruined. I can definitely say we will NOT be staying here again, and will encourage others not to as well. I do not think this location is a family friendly location. This is my personal experience and my review.
