We just stayed one night but found the room to be clean and the fitness room decent. Most of the staff were very friendly until there was an issue. Approximately 2 hours after we checked out, on our way to the airport, my girlfriend realized she lost one of her diamond earrings. We called the hotel and asked if they would ask the cleaning person if they found it in the room. They said they would ask. We drove all the back to the hotel and asked the front desk clerk of the cleaning lady had found it. The portly woman working the desk (I didn't catch her name) said that she had not heard back from the cleaning staff yet (mind you, this was 30 minutes after we called). My girlfriend asked if we could look in the fitness room for the earring and the portly girl said that you had to be a guest of the hotel to look in the fitness room. My girlfriend was about to pay for another night stay just to get access to the fitness room but luckily, I still had my key card with me and was able to access the fitness room and the already cleaned room. I did not have any luck finding the lost item. When I came down stairs, the valet approached us with the earring which he found on the ground in front of the hotel. He went above and beyond for us while the chunky girl being the front desk did nothing but fix her coffee and act lazy. I will not return to this hotel based on her attitude.
