I gave this place 4 stars only. Front desk are great, house keeping are slow and sure stare a lot. The view was elegant but with the amount you pay you expect few things added Ike water for morning coffee, bath robes, complimentary discount at Tulu bar and food, etc. The room is quite nice, but small for two people. The bathtub is spacious, the shampoo products and skin care they have are amazing. The super head is nice, customer service again is responsive and never late or rude. Bartenders at Tulu are great but the place lacks security which I think there should be around more often due to guests get harassed a lot. Outdoors pool, chairs, etc are wonderful. Plus my review has an amount of $ on top of 195 but that’s not for what we paid lol.

Update: So, we've been coming here since it opened and it has always been a pleasant stay so I had to update this review to be completely fair and transparent. After the first day debacle the stay was pleasant and we had a good time. The hotel was clean as always, the staff was pleasant and the amenities were great. We had dinner at Tulus but it was too cold and windy to enjoy the beach but that's mother nature. The remote batteries were changed by Ron the engineer and I have to say he's always kind, polite and courteous. Lets just say I got to know him from our previous minor issues and our Michigan/Ohio State rivalry conversations LOL! Go Buckeyes! All in all this place is amazing but now you have to share parking with the new embassy suites that was just erected. That's not a big deal though. Keep up the good work. So far on April 6 2023 we arrived at 3:45pm for check in at 4pm. It wasn't until 6:00pm that we were officially checked in. It took 2 hours for them to tell us there was a hole in the bathtub. We said please just get us to the room. We finally got to the room and it was like a sauna in there. It's 88 degrees outside and 77 inside with the heat on but there is no way to adjust the thermostat, it's locked. I had to call the front desk so they can adjust the temperature, wth! I will update this post throughout the weekend. So far for the price we pay here, it's a nightmare.
