Staff was super friendly from the manager down to the maintenance people. It looks like the owner's - management company whatever you want to call them does not give the people at the hotel enough to work with. It looks like a very hard job to work there. Let's see people standing in a circle to see the giant cockroach in the breakfast area late one evening. One elevator breaking and staying broken for a couple days. Laundry room was out of service or partially out of service most of the week . The heat in the corridors and elevators was so oppressive everyone was commenting on it. Everything inside the room was wonderful except the pull-out couch should be thrown away and a new one put in its place that a human could actually sleep On. The stock of room Supplies seem to be lacking. Asking for coffee or housekeeping for our room was next to Impossible. We had signed up online for the every other day housekeeping, it only happened maybe twice. That was because we had to ask for it. No hot water one morning, Something had broken in the Boiler Room. The air conditioning vents had so much dirt on them my wife took it on herself to clean them as they were furry with Dust. It's a great room from the window view however when you sit on the deck the heat from the air conditioning unit blows directly on you. There's a few major things to us maybe minor to others but we would not stay here again. I would love it to find another hotel that had a staff as friendly from the valets to the front desk they were all wonderful.
