Positive: The location and cleanliness were the best things about the hotel. Negative: The staff could do better checking rooms before they sign off that a room is fully ready for guests. Making sure that tv's are properly working and that remotes have working batteries are just a few things that can ruin your luxury experience.

Average, sooo much potential. So let me start with the good! Front desk was great. Friendly and efficient got me checked in and all set within minutes. Market place is a nice amenity. Can find drinks and food. Location is their best attribute. Right in heart of restaurants and towncenter area. Great area!!||Now for the bad and reason for average. What looks to be like broken microwaves stacked up in hallway, chipped bath tub with faucet hanging off the wall and broken cabinets hanging off credenza. Felt like a motel inside the room. All the benefits for this hotel is outside of the room. Broken elevator to parking garage. Parking garage is free so it is always packed. ||Not sure if I would stay here again. The room definitely needs an upgrade!!
