A recent study by Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL)  found that nearly four in ten Boomers (37%) are embracing a new sense of adventure and embarking on what's being called "The Golden Gap Year." This trend means more Boomers than ever are finally taking the plunge and booking those long-awaited trips. But, of course, it's always possible to start exploring the world and creating new memories, and seeing so many Seniors embracing this exciting trend is inspiring.

There are three most popular European countries where seniors usually travel: Spain, Italy, and France. This perfect trio suits almost everyone, so the results were not surprising because each of mentioned countries has so much to offer: delicious cuisines, richly historical and cultural heritage, beautiful cities, sunny weather, and gorgeous landscapes.
