Customer service solid. Got a refund even after the trial period as I misunderstood it. Appreciate their understanding. Didn't see deals for the flights that I personally needed but cool platform. And again good responsive helpful customer service.

Ratepunk customer service was the best. I had issues with my account and this was resolved in a speedy and professional manner. I am looking forward to Ratepunk increasing their offers from other airports in Europe as the best offers seem to be from US airports.

This was the company you actually listen to their customer who had some concerns and it was taken care of right away. They're great at what they do unfortunately it wasn't for me. It was a little bit more involved than I needed for looking for trips, but I'm not a big traveler, but it's a great company and Great customer service.

Using Ratepunk has been a great experience! We just finished our first trip. We were able to purchase a flight, for my family of 4, for less than $500.00 for all of us. We flew from Boston to Orlando. It was a great experience using the site, they have us several options with different airlines and flight times. We were able to get a direct flight which was a must for my wife. The sure worked flawlessly with the airlines website. I highly recommend Ratepunk!
